Made a new dish last night, powdered mashed potato mix prepared the usual way for the most part, w the addition w a can of corn and a pack of frozen garlic butter shrimp scampi (no tails) to the starting water. I also added a tub of garlic/herb creme cheese, and a fair amount of parsley and oregano near the end.
I topped it w Irish butter instead of gravy, but next time I plan a peppered slab bacon / chipotle gravy, w the chunks of bacon mixed into the potatoes. |
